3 - The CDI Healthcare Survey

We're selecting participants for a healthcare research study.

Los Angeles: July 23rd – 24th, 2015
Dallas: July 28th – 29th, 2015
Philadelphia: July 30th – 31st, 2015

- 60-minute, one-on-one, in-person interviews
- Time slots available between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm
 
Participants will be compensated $150 upon completion of their session.
